LATEX SURFACE CONDITIONER (White No. 305231)

USES — Penetrating sealer designed to provide a firm surface for application of exterior latex paints. Apply to both uncoated and previously painted interior and exterior masonry surfaces including cement shingles and stucco. Excellent for Priming Chalky Repaint Masonry Surfaces.
ADVANTAGES — Cohesively bonds chalky surfaces and fine loose particles to allow adhesion of the topcoat to the masonry substrate. Low odor. Non-flammable. Promotes adhesion of (finish) elastomeric coatings and latex paints to masonry surfaces.

USES — Cement Tile (flat or barrel), Galvanized Metal, Wood Floors, Garage Floors and Sidewalks, Styrofoam, Steel, Factory Floors, Pool Areas, Docks, Concrete Protective Coatings, Masonry Protective Coatings.
